Pros

I've been fortunate to have the ability to be part of a big change as Drybar went through new management end of May 2022. In that timeframe, I've seen Debbie Webster, President of Drybar do INCREDIBLE things to build such a stronger culture, better morale and more pay with the 57 stores she is managing!! Is there a lot of work to be done? Absolutely, But the new private equity firm that bought Drybar is very dedicated to turn things around for better client and employee experiences! Our Franchisor, Wellbiz is also committed to providing the support the team needs to see Drybar continue to be the brand people trust for their blowouts!

Cons

When you take over and purchase a company/brand, you get the good with the bad. It's unfortunate but to be expected with mergers & acquisitions. I always say, Rome wasn't built in a day so it will take time to rebuild but the team in place to do it is dedicated, committed and determined! Thank you to Regent LP and Wellbiz for believing in the brand and helping us along the way!

Pros

Super friendly environment. Hours are very flexible. We are provided with all of the tools, products, and clients, so all we have to focus on is creating.

Cons

It can be a bit repetitive, so it's up to us to add the spark of every day.

Pros

You can work as much or as little as needed within specific company policy guidelines. So if you have a salon elsewhere or are a parent or student and can only work a few days a week, this is the perfect job. You can also work full-time making a solid income with benefits and maternity leave. I can't speak for other locations but management at the Torrance location is on top of it and works to create a healthy/friendly work environment.

Cons

Commission can only be made on significant product sales and or selling memberships, not on services.
