      Benefits even for part time, discounts on products, set schedule (once selected)

      Very very very low pay, techniques more difficult then it actually has to be, training process requires numerous models which isn't always possible.

      company is organized. the manager, listens to our needs. flexible hours, provides training

      The base pay could be better, commission could be better. You do have to earn your way to get a raise, by like .$.50 or $1 a month. They had a system, which customers rate your work. If you don't keep up the 5 stars, you don't get a raise.
