Good for practice, hard on hands

Learned a ton about drying hair. The head stylists are willing to help with questions and techniques. Great place to get your practice in before going to a full-service salon.

Cons

doing 8-10 blowouts a day is hard on the wrists. Clients can be difficult.

Fun atmosphere, great way to meet new clients, free lunch on Saturdays, training offered, group activities outside of work, and flexibility with hours.

Cons

Low pay, having to take client after client with out a scheduled break, no benefits, inexperienced managers, and favoritism.
