      built in family and support. Ongoing training

      physically demanding job. You have to enjoy being busy and a fast environment which i live but understand it is not for everybody.

      Pros

      it's fun and easy work. All you do is blow outs.

      Cons

      by doing constant blow outs, you can injure your wrist. They basically pay minimum wage even though you have spent all that time and money to get your cosmetology state license. They keep changing their policies few times a year, this means poor management.
