The salons are beautifully designed.

Cons

The current franchise owners (beauty international) of many Southern California drybar stores have broken promises about compensation and eliminated unlimited overtime, which was one of the few remaining benefits for working at drybar. They refuse to allow managers to order sufficient product, so clients aren’t even getting the full services they pay for.
