Pros

Tips, free blow outs, %50 product discount, 15% commission, good if you only want to do blowouts 1 or 2 days a week or need extra cash (if busy) — money can be decent but need to hustle

Cons

books clients for unrealistic time causing taking clients 45 min late, when busy you will not have time for a break, when slow you will be forced to take lunch, and also sent home early when slow. It’s easy work but it’s labor. Unlikely to do for long term, you will likely get burnt out. Management is revolving door, it is very corporate with emphasis on selling retail. Most management do not care about quality just numbers to make upper management look good.
