Pros

Free blowouts, employee discount, liked some of the clients.

Cons

Management does not care about you, and you are just a money making machine to them. Behind closed doors management did nothing but talk badly on all of their workers, and did a ton of shady things. Expect to work 10+ hour days with no breaks to even eat or use the bathroom because they overbook so much. Just do yourselves a favor and don’t work for them, it’s not worth it.

Pros

Great co-workers, free blowout, make your own schedule, the former upper management/corporate were great until the company started getting sold off in pieces.

Cons

Say goodbye to your life if you’re in any kind of management role, you will work nonstop for no money. Even if you’re supposed to get a break it won’t happen because people are always calling out. We used to get praise and credit for the hard work we put in, now we only get that from the clients. And if they aren’t regulars they will complain about everything because we don’t have enough people working to keep up with all the clients. We can’t keep people because everyone is overworked and underpaid. And probably reading the reviews on here, staying away. Clients are complaining even though most of the staff is trying to do everything they can to make them happy, and it’s sad. This company used to be great and not that long ago. Now that they are selling it as franchise the new owners are not taking care of the shops. The old district managers and regionals were great and they cared about the people in the shops.
