      The company has no idea what they are doing. They sold off the product to Helen of Troy who doesn’t know how to communicate and then when another company comes in to pick up the pieces things continue to get worse. Disconnect between Corp and literally any store that isn’t one of their two besties. I would never advise anyone to take on this role. They think 40k for being a salaried manager - taking care of scheduling issues, constant call offs, bs from Corp, running social media and training and running the store - is A LOT! What a joke.
