Great coworkers, room for growth, free blowouts, 40% off products and tools.

Cons

Poor management with schedules. Inconsistent pay and hours. Working overtime without correct pay. On slower days stylist would get send home early. Appointments are typically made through a call center that does not have knowledge about the type of hair the client would have.
