Pros

Im still looking for one

Cons

If you like working 40 hours in two days and then work the rest of your week, then this is the job for you. Their operations are sound if you can follow them with the limited staff at each location. Every location is understaffed and the total lack of professionalism only makes it worse when team members call out daily. This is truly an assembly line that breaks down constantly leaving clients to suffer. Then again the clients are not the nicest to even provide "excellent" customer service. I now have a good idea of what it might be like to be a corrections officer in an all female prison.

Pros

Coworkers are great, dress code is easy.

Cons

Drybar overbooks.. aka more customers given the same time slot than stylists on board. Breaks are expected to be assigned by the bartender which is sometimes virtually impossible because everything is always running behind. Unless a customer is a request, all customers on the books are actually one queue instead of going to the stylist under which they are booked. Disorganized. Getting paid minimum wage to fill the shoes of bartender, hostess, receptionist, and manager. I have never been able to take an official 10 minute break and have essentially been made to work through my lunch before as all stylists were busy and we were behind and nobody could cover the front. Due to bad scheduling practices, customers are routinely outraged and gang up on you as you juggle drink orders, checking people in and out, dealing with walk ins, collecting towels, managing hot tools, assigning breaks, and cleaning.

Pros

You become close with coworkers. Flexible schedule. Could be a decent part time job. May be a good job if you're fresh out of beauty school

Cons

No breaks. Terrible pay. Awful management. Sweat shop. No structure. Products are crappy. No real support from the district managers. They keep on opening shops next to one another and expect you to hit your goals even on a dead Monday night
