Pros

Free snacks! Open door policy! Lots of laughs! Fun environment! Accessible leadership! Work from home! Free blowouts! Great discount!

Cons

Loud office. Music is highly inappropriate. Too focused on being hip and not enough focus on being efficient . Too often are clients booked on a slot that isn’t really available. reprimanding Guest instead of assisting them. Focus on quantity over quality.
