Pros

like I said free blowouts...

Cons

managers have NO training to manage, very unprofessional. The girls are very caddy, and will talk about you. Pay is very low considering the bartender is the "manager" when the "managers" aren't there. If you have nothing to do- clean.

Pros

The only positive thing you’ll get from this company is the ability to get people in and out of your chair in 40 minutes or less.

Cons

You don’t get your paid rest breaks, you won’t get lunch until a few minutes before the legal time to get your lunch without the company being fined, and they favor those who do nothing but allow them to walk over you. Additionally, most times your cash tips “mysteriously disappear” and nothing is done to correct this.
