Pros

It's great if you're fresh out of cosmetology school and have no clientele. You can move up in the company with hard work. They're all over the country so transferring isn't a problem.

Cons

They work you like it's a sweat shop. Unless you're management hours are not guaranteed. They force you to sign a contract giving up your break, so on busy days you're exaughsted. If you are promoted your life is pretty much signed over to this company, you have no life outside of Drybar. They don't care about the stylist turnover, because as soon as you quit 5 more are hired to replace you. So if you apply do not plan to make this place your full time job.

Pros

• 50% discount on all products and tools • free employee blowouts • Drybar locations - sadly, I have more cons than pros ...

Cons

• not flexible/reliable with schedules • management sucks ! - can never get a hold of someone when you actually need help. I've had 6 managers within a little over a year .. That should explain how bad management is • always calling off or cutting down shift • no breaks • doing lots of things out of your job description • you have a set schedule and it always seems to roll over into a longer time and it's non negotiable when you ask to leave • always messing up your checks and commission • barely accommodate requested days off • always under staff/overly booked ... management team always minimize and shorten appointment time.
