If you like working 40 hours in two days and then work the rest of your week, then this is the job for you. Their operations are sound if you can follow them with the limited staff at each location. Every location is understaffed and the total lack of professionalism only makes it worse when team members call out daily. This is truly an assembly line that breaks down constantly leaving clients to suffer. Then again the clients are not the nicest to even provide "excellent" customer service. I now have a good idea of what it might be like to be a corrections officer in an all female prison.

Treated as a number not a person. Stressful, straining work environment. No benefits or insurance. I worked here for 5 years with only two 25 cent raises.
