Most unprofessional and unorganized company! Do not work here!

Pros

Has a great set of company values, too bad they don't follow any of them

Cons

This company is so unprofessional, its a joke. DO NOT WORK HERE. The managers change time clocks on their employees to keep them from getting their earned overtime. They require you to work on your days off if they need you to and if you refuse they threaten your job. They not only let managers scream, swear and even physically threaten the staff, the senior management encourages it and any managers that don't run their shops like that get pushed out of the company. They reward anyone that throws others under the bus and push out the reliable honest workers. It is seriously the most toxic environment imaginable. No wonder the president of the company resigned recently.

Pros

The environment and coworkers make it a fun and lively place to work.

Cons

The pay for a bartender isn't great for the amount of work. It isn't hard but it is a lot of work sometimes.

Pros

-VERY flexible schedule -great for students just graduating school -great for clientele building if you rent a salon chair/suite -has the potential to be a really easy, fun job

Cons

-After two years my pay is 9.5/hr, so essentially minimum wage if you live on your own (Tips are hit or miss depending on your skill level/friendliness with client but about $400 worth of tips is average per paycheck for me ) -not ideal for moms due to the fact that no benefits are offered and the pay is not great -promotions are essentially nonexistent -you don't get any scheduled lunch breaks, and can be back to back with clients your entire shift so the likelihood of getting burnt out is high
