You run the shop. You regulate books, keep inventory, client retention incentives and campaigns. You do it all. There’s always something new to learn
Cons
- no breaks - no work life balance - low pay - lack of recognition - amazing concept however the way upper management treated their in shop teams greatly diminished the integrity of the brand to the point where clients began to notice and stopped booking - lack of adequate training for new stylist created lots of dissatisfaction from clients - huge turn over rates in leadership negatively impacted shop moral
