Pros

Great for someone just starting out in the hairdressing field looking to either build confidence on floor with clients and confidence in basic thechnical skills. DryBar also offers discounted health insurance which is really great! Another great pro is weekly pay.

Cons

Although dry bar offers commission on product sales, stylists do not earn any commission on services and only make minimum wage.

Pros

I can't tell you how nice it is to work in a salon without hearing the phone ring. The software is OK and could use some MAJOR improvement.

Cons

1) Clients aren't able to request stylists 2) No shampoo assistants 3) Stylists are paid hourly and have no motivation to stay on time 4) No capes, which might not be state board in your state.
