Very little pay for opening/closing the store. Dealing with customers and stylist who don’t want to be there. Almost like a manager without the management pay.

Pro is literally nothing. Worked like a dog and get little to no repayment The only pro I can honestly think of is meeting a whole bunch of people? Not good people mind you, the clients are rude and ungrateful and the coworkers. Don't get me started on the coworkers.

Cons

Everything. Constant clients, work holiday, no lunch. If you love yourself do NOT work here I hate this place so much that within 4 months I started looking for a new job. There's a special word I want to say about everyone who works here but I don't think I'm aloud to. Seriously, do NOT work here. It's god awful and you'll hate yourself everyday

Free blowouts is great and learning technique

Cons

The company pushes to be overbooked at all times. Expect to be overwhelmed with call outs from stylists that you ant fire because you are already a bare bones staff. Clients are always upset because we run behind by so much and the company is ok with that. Mismanagement with payroll is huge as well.
