management doesn't care about their staff at all, you can do them a favor and work a double shift and they will still try to not give you a break. The manager brings her kids into work all the time which is so un professional. The company doesn't do raises no matter how long you've been with the company. You get bonuses based on your reviews, it literally takes one person to complain to not get your bonus. Even if it's a complaint about waiting too long (because drybar always over books, the salon has 12 chairs and they hAve 17 chairs open to book) this also means your tips drop down a lot and if your fast you always get the clients who have been sitting for an hour. They pay you soo poorly from what they expect. I mean thirty minute blowouts on highly textured long hair? Really?
All they care about is making money, not to mention that the management team bonuses from all the hard work you do. Stylist get nothing for all the work they put in.
