Pros

Your fellow stylists are really awsome

Cons

-Literally work you like a horse, they do not care what so ever if you take a break, even if you are working a 12 hour shift!!! Im pretty sure thats illegal by the way. -They always have more books open then stylist, if only 3 stylists are working they will add 5 more ghost stylists, so basically no matter what the salon is running behind, which means if your fast you have the pleasure of dealing with all the clients who have been waiting for over an hour! sounds great right? -The shop educator does nothing but put down the team and tell you what a bad job your doing (even if you've been with the company for months) never a good job, or that looks great. its always can you go faster, your taking too long. -the manager is not even professional, i mean who brings in their kids to work? i didnt even know you could do that!!!! -oh and how can i forget no raises lol -they basically will promote anyone into a trainer or manager because NO ONE wants to take they position who has been there long to see the madness. so all the managers have been with the company for a total of five minutes. -constant turn over too overall this company is just a money hungry pit who abuses there stylists to make money. the pay is extremely low for the work you do and they have no concern if your back hurts, your sick or even throwing up they will make you work non stop.

Pros

knowledge, speed, benefits, employee discount

Cons

we are suppose to get 30 min break after a 6 hr shift. yeah that doesn't happen. you dont get a break until you ask for one and you can no longer feel your arms. over booking is horrible. 30 min blow out is soooooooo unrealistic. some people have too much hair or super long that may take an hour. and 10$ tips are horrible with people who have kinky curly hair.
