Your on call. And you don't get paid enough for the amount of work you do. they call you in the last minute to come in. I got text at 5:00 am to come in the same day.

Management at this location is unprofessional. If you ever have an issue and feel the need to address it, don’t bother, if your working here you automatically dismissed. If you cant stay longer one day prepare to be sent home early and your clients given to some one who will whether they booked for you or not. Also you would have to keep track of your time worked and time and a half pay because those would be missing from our pay too. And if your planning to work at this location prepare you self for some toxic energy because even the manager/owner talks poorly about her employees even to other employees.
