      Not only are you expected to work 24/7 for this company. As an area manager you are expected to work in shop each day for your locations taking back to back clients in order to hit the companies impossible labor goals. This company’s upper management team is extremely hostile. Many employees have reported this unprofessional treatment to HR numerous times and nothing is done. Hr forwards all complaints directly to the supervisor for them to repeatedly retaliate against you until you resign. The lack of support and extreme levels of high stress Regent allows to continue is absolutely insane. Drybar used to be an amazing consort to work for. If you are looking for a company that cares about its employees and clients I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR ANY CORPORATE LOCATION UNDER BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL!

      Does not stay true to policy, not helpful to employees, makes it known you are replaceable, and will not hesitate to fire you! Toxic environment.

      Paid time off. Having a hard time thinking of any others

      Cons

      Appointments that should be 45 minutes are minimized to 15 or 25 minutes. The shop is constantly running hours behind schedule, zero support from upper management. Upper management does not care about the clients or the employees.
