Pros

Nice people to work with

Cons

They don’t even have air conditioning in the breakroom and it’s the middle of summer, nor do they plan on fixing it. You do not get compensated fairly, the starting wage is criminally low. You’re booked back to back with no breaks and the pay is not worth breaking your back for. The only good part of this job were the friendships I made. There’s tons of favoritism and drama.

Pros

They give you good product and tool discounts. Fun hair to be done.

Cons

They work you hard with clients back to back with no lunch breaks. No paid time off. Limited growth in company. Management that talk bad about other employees in break room.
