Pros

Beautiful salon, fun to do only styling and they give great training.

Cons

Very physically exhausting, they push a lot of clients on you with very little breaks on the weekends. Literally sometimes you don’t get one at all and you can’t even use the restroom. I had to learn to just ignore that and take care of myself to avoid burnout (because they sure won’t take care of you).

I don't have to bring anything to work and my schedule is flexible. The dress code is easy to follow.

Cons

45 minutes is not always enough time for all lengths and types of hair.
