Pros

The people I've met through my years working at Drybar have really shaped my life and experience. So many fabulous, driven, beautiful souls.

Cons

That being said, there is a huge disconnect between each shop and upper level corporate. A lot of the practices that have gone on in the past really dim the shine that was the essence of Drybar for so many years. Treating employees as robots and shops as a machine is not going to provide further growth of the brand and the culture of Drybar.

Pros

Flexible schedule, amazing clientele, Job benefits,

Cons

Overbooking, favoritism, a whole lot of butt kissing, you have to be a stylist and salesman at the same time which can be annoying & interfering with the drybar experience
