Drybar is for new graduates or someone trying to make extra money.

Pros

Flexible schedule, good tips. Chain salon so it's good for new graduates and someone looking for a side job to make extra money.

Cons

Not guaranteed hours. Shifts are either super early or super late, no mid day shift. If you're a full time employee the health coverage offered is VERY hard to find doctors who accept.

Lots of money to be made between tips and commission. You'll meet a lot of potential new clients to take and do on the side.

Cons

Back to back blowouts with barely any breaks. The amount of work you do for the amount of pay, doesn't add up.
