Nice friendships formed 50% discount and free blowouts Paid training Pretty flexible scheduling

Cons

Inadequate training Salon is usually overbooked meaning clients will constantly argue with you about it A lot of catty behavior since staff is basically all-female a lot of pressure to sell products even when clients are not interested

Horrible Management Rude employees who are catty & disrespectful to clients Stylists make next to nothing, working harder than most. Minimum wage, no comission, 5$ tips No break Non professional Refused me my last check & made me pay 35$ to get my hard earned money.
