I absolutely love working at DryBar! Not only are the managers and the owners incredible but the atmosphere is amazing! You definitely feel like you are family there. The other likes to give out bonuses just because and apparel and constant snacks and free lunches and she just likes to do special things for us. I’ve never had managers and owners that were so caring ,and don’t talk down to employees. Your voice matters! Get an incredible discount on the amazing products, free blowouts Sunday through Thursday, sometimes we get discounts and free services from surrounding companies, and we get a lot of free samples. There are always training opportunities to better yourself. Really amazing company!

You can’t really take breaks on weekends because it’s just so busy, you will be constantly moving. The booking system sucks, the system books time slots not based on amount of stylist
