Pros

Half off all products. Ambiance and vibe of salon very bright and fun. Different variety of clients. Slim opportunities to get commission .

Cons

For all the work that we have to do, pay is very low. Training is horrible. Scheduling is inconsistent and unreliable

Indifferent

Pros

You work with and meet a lot of great people and are really able to fine tune your styling skills. If you're looking for styling experience or a way to gain clientele it's a decent place, but don't expect more than that

Cons

The company does not care about their employees what so ever, all that matters to them is the money brought in They rarely give you a break in your day. I guess we don't need to pee or eat or have basic rights as an employee Raises are a rarity, don't expect anything more than what you started with, but they will ask you to do more than was given in the job description Oh and since they are about quantity and not quality they will give you timers to make sure you stay and track and cut your hours if you don't

Cons

Pay is low, amount of work for pay is too low, don't get breaks, no growth plan, cut your hours for labor
