      Pros

      Working at TDB was such a fun and dreadful experience. The culture sounds great. Walking into a DB is an experience both as an employee and a customer. The music, smells, and visually it's amazing I will never deny that.

      Cons

      THEY WILL OVER WORK YOU, and will not care. I used to work 16 hour days, doing back-to-back blowouts. Being so overbooked I barely ever shampooed my own clients. When we were understaffed I'd work as if I was replacing two other people. Breaks were almost none exisitent.

      Pros

      You need very little experience to start here. Just need basic understanding and hair styling ability and a valid NYS cosmetology license or temporary license. Also you can make a flexible schedule for yourself, which comes in handy for those who work here only part-time.

      Cons

      The company pays the minimum, so when business is slow and tips slow down you almost need to either live at work or have additional income if you are an adult with a lot of bills.
