Too Much work. Not Enough Pay

The exposure to many clients is fantastic, they’re semi flexible with hours, clean environment

Cons

Way too much work, not even close to enough pay. The blow dryers are NOT designed for all day use. They have to be at least 3-5 lbs. You’re expected to do a beautiful blow dry, sell product, shampoo, clean brushes towels etc, create client retention and relationships IN 45 MINUTES ONLY!
