      Pros

      It is a great place to come if you want a non-competitive salon. The clients are fed to you so you can show up, clock in, work, and clock out and leave your work behind you when you go home

      Cons

      It depends on if you think making more money is a con or not. But you will most likely be back to back with clients for your entire shift. BUT more clients = more money. So if you are not someone who can stand to be busy for your entire shift, this is not the place for you.
