Pros

Safety is critical at Dupont. They put alot of money into Safety PPE to equipments for the job to be safer.

Cons

No room for job growth. Some leadership personnel have no people skills or interests in saying a "hello" or "goodmorning " to production employees. Long time employees have nothing positive to say about working there other than bringing home a paycheck. No moral or supportive relationships and leadership. It's a "always walking on eggshells" or "watch your back" employee environment.
