Pros

Friendly and helpful staff! Long-term employees are great and are ready to help when you need it. Advancement is easy if you put in the actual effort. Strong attention to ergonomics and rotations to prevent injury. A robust training program that's second to none.

Cons

Most, if not all, of the good things were formed under Dow and much of it has been taken away after DuPont took our site over. Sub-par insurance options, having to work holidays (or not work them) at their whim, smaller bonuses, less sick time. It's a shell of itself and a lot of the long-term employees are apathetic and a few have already left.
