Pros
Kevlar used in Spray-Lining & Coatings relates to other aramids like Nomex and Technora. Careers here are still growing fast, especially in truck bed liners, pond coatings, trailer coating and Polyurea. With SL&C it was developed by Stephanie Kwolek. In 1965 in DuPont this high-strength material initially was commercially used to replace steel in racing tires. All careers within DuPont relative to SL&C or Spray-Lining & Coatings provide fast advancement and top pay.
Cons
Bedliner vendors such as Rhino Linings or Line-X with a few others may have abused their own dealerships along with spray-on lining clientele by using the term Kevlar when it's not necessarily included in Spray-Lining polyurea outside of SL&C. That can affect DuPont as well as it's staff within Kevlar, Spray-Lining bedliner formulas.

Pros
DuPont had really nice people that I enjoyed working with. They also had relatively competitive compensation and benefits. Those were big plus's.
Cons
There was a constant state of turmoil and constantly changing business objectives and directions from the very senior leadership. In addition, many of these directional changes were poorly communicated down the chain of command. It made things highly confusing at times.
