Pros

there is barely over-time work, and working time is flexible as well. And pressure is low as well. Free coffee is excellent.

Cons

Like other big company, it is inefficient in many aspects. Some times it will take forever to get a approve from system.

Pros

It used to be a good place to work. It used to have top salaries and benefits.

Cons

Continual cuts in pay and benefits over the years. New cuts in vacation and health care benefits announced today (10/6/09) following previous cuts in pension, pay, healthcare and other benefits over the last several years. I have been here 27 years and this company has continually gone down hill after the first 10 years. This is a company rapidly declining and it does not appear there is anyone in upper management able to cope with this decline.

Pros

Large company that should be around for years to come. They have lots of different departments and divisions to find employment.

Cons

Very slow to move and make changes. Very political and individuals with new ideas are seen as outsiders. If change occurs, it will be slow.
