Pros

Well respected name. Some very talented and hard working people.

Cons

Leadership woefully misdirected about safety. You will almost never find a manager on the production floor. They're all busy going to safety meetings and kissing up. With the merger taking place, younger and lower seniority workers are leaving while those ready to retire are trying to hang on for a little while longer. Not a good place to be.

Pros

Great people, excellent product portfolios, flex time

Cons

Pay not very competitive, VERY political, losing best talent, disorganized and have strayed from founding core values. Common unethical behaviors overlooked and very good at covering up issues. Morale extremely low. Most employees just buying time or leaving. Tried hiring me back recently at reduced salary/benefits after I resigned. Very questionable future. Under current merger Dow is in drivers seat and DuPont employees are getting the shaft

Good pay and benefits. Loyal people.

Cons

Do not keep core values. Management allows hostile work environment. Loyalty means nothing. Bad leadership.
