      Excellent benefits package, great core values

      Cons

      Management & divisions of the company are very siloed & don't cooperate with each other, lack of respect for people (which is a DuPont core value), management doesn't know the day-to-day operations therefore no issues get resolved which drives employees to burn out, etc. Doesn't pay well, and promotions are not competitive with outside industries in terms of compensation.

      Site after Dupont site keep closing. They promise to help staff restaff you in other plants but don't do anything to help you.

      Fast paced, great co-workers, great products

      Cons

      overload with extra admin work makes it difficult to do actual job. Not focused on customers focused on data. threatened frequently to complete data as well as get more business. Can't retain employees that are valuable which adds more strain on business and remaining employees
