Pros

The benefits are still good, but eroding. The starting pay is very competitive. 401K match is class-leading. Great work life balance, extremely flexible though ti varies by manager.

Cons

Moving upward without taking a managerial role is difficult, as is attaining visibility for accomplishments.I do not think these are more severe than other similar large companies. Your career success is highly dependent on your manager taking an effort to advocate.

Great benefits and very good pay,

Cons

Upper management ran the company in to the ground. Mass lay-offs are the new norm.

Pros

Good medical benefits. Able to work from home, which assists with quality of life. Good hardworking people on local management level.

Cons

Low pay, no merit increases in 2016 due to not meeting revenue numbers, low morale, virtually no advancement opportunities, huge round of lay-offs almost every month.
