Pros

Big name to put on your resume, some interesting growth markets

Cons

it's a FaceTime, politics, appearance driven company. The talk about core values but at their core they care about what you say not what you do. accountability is low. People management capability is a beyond sad. Most of the businesses and products are established, no growth, no innovation spaces. It's a sad place to work

Pros

Very little pros left. Can't think of one. It all started when the activist investor Nelson Peltz started messing things up

Cons

Horrible new corporate culture. Executive management turned the relationship of every employee to a transactional one. Employees are just numbers on a piece of paper. So sad.
