Friendly colleagues Family - like atmosphere Good PTO (now unlimited time off)

Cons

The work-life balance became pretty unbearable after acquisition by Vista Private Equity Firm. Long hours, a ton of work and meetings, not enough employees.

The work life balance is good and the benefits are pretty decent. Many of the people I work with are excellent humans and great to be around.

Cons

Teams are extremely understaffed and this causes poor quality work.
