Terrible office culture. Many are work drones with no involvement of company culture and others are simply placed in roles they do not belong in. I know many people that are complaining secretly and even if complaints or advice is given to management, the exact opposite is done. They don't try to look out for their employees. Stagnant career growth, and they're always changing the responsibilities for your career improvement. Every. Single. Month.
