      Pros

      Duck Creek offers great products and has a healthy, can-do culture.

      Cons

      I would prefer not to telecommute, but the offices are not very conveniently located. An allowance for a co-working space would be great.

      Pros

      DCT gets it. They understand the industry and understand where they need to get to. Having recently separated financially from Accenture (all for the good here!!!!) and acquiring a few more companies, there have been some bumps in the road. But there is a willingness to figure it out, to try to change and set us down the right paths.

      Cons

      The acquisitions have caused some communication issues. We still are a big company (with a small cultural feel), we should have hired someone externally to help navigate the paths.
