      Pros

      The best human team I've worked with Fair salary, though not stellar. Great working culture. Good career path, growth, and learning options. Very welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Salary increments were too low, specially for what they consider outstanding performance (which hard-capped at 3% salary increase) Impossible to promote, even when another employee leaves their position. Job stability disappeared after it was sold for equity. Impossible to reach out to/get in contact with high positions.
