      Pros

      You can have control over everything. You can perform all functions from sweeping the floors to engineering to management.

      Cons

      Everyone can perform all functions and there is no clear line of whose work is whos. Many peoll there step on other toes because of these blurred lines. Its too small - there is no room for upward movement or growth. Management should in a likelyhood not be in the positions they are in. At a professional company most of their management team would be under investigation and be laid off as soon a a riff came through.
