      Pros

      Pretty good benefits. HR ladies are friendly. You always get your breaks. Nice Thanksgiving & Christmas meals. I liked their health day and biggest loser sort of day that encourages you to be healthy. Seems to be room for growth as far as moving up in the company. Diverse place to work.

      Cons

      Low pay for ppl working on the floor. Way too much mandatory overtime. It's a everybody knows or is related to everybody kind of job, so can be very clicky. They dont always take bullying seriously.

      Absolutely no work/life balance for engineers at the Tulsa facility. I was told that I was expected to work a *minimum* of 55-60 hours per work. We were unable to complete tasks due to micromanagement, which was reactive, instead of proactive. I was often shifted from one task to another hourly. This reactionary management style and lack of planning led to a trail of unfinished tasks.
