Co-workers are great and look out for one another.

Cons

Upper management is horrible and, in some cases, try to lead by fear. Supply chain manager, Jamie, has no idea what she is doing and incompetent. Lack of organization and support for production side management. No wonder other companies are doing so much better, wasn't a difficult place to leave.

Management plays favorites really bad. Especially operations. The union is the biggest con...waste of money.
