      In Aerospace and defense industry. This industry is not as cut throat as some other industries. This company is slow in making decision and conservative financially

      Corporate is weak and new Leadership team lacks vision and enough knowledge about details to execute but wanting to control resource and consolidate all the power to the top

      fast pace environment with new challenges every day. Team oriented atmosphere with goal setting, key process indicator reviews and continuous improvement focus.

      too many eggs in one basket. totally committed to oilfield products and company rises and falls with the price of oil. layoffs common.
