Pros

Top-notch professional co-workers who take pride in their work and enjoy being on a winning team. Competitive benefits of health, dental, vision, disability, 401K with match, plus other perks like tuition reimbursement, scholarship program for kids and grandkids, and discounted employee stock purchase plan. Invests in people development and offers career advancement opportunities. Offers work life balance, including shifts that have 3 to 4 days off each week. Bright future!

Cons

Employees must exhibit core values of honesty, professionalism, respect, trust and teamwork. Those who are unable to meet those values do not find an acceptable match here. There are high expectations set for each member of our team.

Pros

Honestly there aren't many other than having met a few good co-workers.

Cons

Literally everything: Mismanagement, overworked, underpaid, no work life balance. A split culture exists between peons (hourly workers) and salary position employees. They will work you outside of your job description with no title change or pay increase. They will claim resistance to such is an indication that you are not a team player. It's a side show circus without true leadership. They canned hundreds of employees when they failed to adapt to the Boeing 737 max scenario followed by Covid.

Pros

Working there for nearly 3 years I've found myself enjoying my fellow coworkers. They are always willing to help and share their knowledge as long as you ask. The supervisors are always on top of things. • Decent Benefits • Good Coworkers

Cons

Unfortunately, many issues in Ducommun (at least the Tulsa branch) are deeply rooted. The upper management is awful and often the supervisors and engineers have to argue with the upper team as to what we need and what they need to spend to make the proper changes, which they often don't do. They have made many poor choices that make working there harder and ultimately makes the company less money, forcing more corners to be cut for the sake of short-term profit. A lot of the time we don't have what we need when we need it and often are forced to wait on getting tools and parts. • Terrible Communication • Lower than Expected Pay • Poor Upper Management • Lacking Management • Difficulty Getting Proper Tools
