Loved some of the people I worked with I genuinely enjoyed the work

Cons

Lots of mandatory overtime Favoritism Only followed the union handbook when it was beneficial for them, but when we brought it up we are told to stop making trouble Disorganized Management and inspection frequently screamed / cursed at production
